When is my bill due?

Understanding Your Monthly Water Bill

Here is a guide to help you understand our billing and payment process.

1. Billing Cycle & Mailing Your water bill is for the previous month's service. Bills are mailed out to all residents at the end of each month.

2. Payment Due Date Your water bill is due on the 15th of every month.

  • Weekend Policy: If the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the payment due date is extended to the following Monday.

3. Disconnection for Non-Payment To avoid service disconnection, your bill must be paid in full by 8:00 AM on the last business day of the month.

  • If payment is not received by this deadline, your water service will be disconnected.

4. Service Reconnection If your service has been disconnected, it will be restored once two conditions have been met:

  • The full amount of your outstanding bill has been paid.

  • A reconnect fee of $25 has been paid.
