Public Information/Sunshine Law Request
The City of Adrian provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.
Hand Delivery, Mail or Email
You may request a form from our government offices and hand deliver or mail it. You may also send an email request to the Custodian of Records through our Contact Us link below. Select Open Records/Sunshine Law request from the drop down menu.
Good to Know
Please note that for a public information/sunshine law request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing.
There will be a fee associated with the time used to research and the cost of paper copies or other media to complete the request. If other offices are involved in seaching records, then the hourly charge will vary from office to office.
Once a request has been submitted, the Custodian of Records has three business days to respond to the request.
